[Participant Guidelines]
· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early!
· Departure time may be delayed depending on the traffic conditions of the day.
· The day before departure, the license plate number and contact information of the guide will be sent by SMS or SNS.
· If using LINE/WECHAT, please ensure that friend invitations and messages from strangers are accepted.
[Pricing Details]
· Tour fees cover tips for local driver, as well as tickets, and round-trip transportation as stated in the itinerary.
· Minimum group size is 6, with a maximum of 42. Additional charges apply for private tours below the minimum size.
· Children aged 3 and above will be charged at the adult price, while children under 36 months old will be exempt from charges. (Under 36 months old children will not be provided with meals, seats in the vehicle, entrance tickets, or other experiences)
[Travel Information]
· Rain won't affect plans, but in case of natural disasters preventing departure, date changes or full refunds are available.
· Itineraries are flexible based on local conditions. No responsibility or refunds for sudden attraction closures or inspections.
· Personal travel insurance is not included. Guests must assess their suitability for outdoor activities. The company isn't liable for accidents due to unforeseen circumstances.

· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Individual Other Factors)
· Cancellation 10 days prior to departure (inclusive) will result in a 100% refund.
· Cancellation 4~9 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~3 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you wish to cancel a transaction after completing the credit card payment, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
