• Q. What is and is not included in the cost of reserving a vehicle?
  A.

  Includes vehicle fees, driving fees, fuel fees, tolls and parking fees. / Excludes driver tips, additional time charges and other personal expenses.

• Q. Do I need to tip the driver additionally?
  A.

  It is not necessary, but if you are satisfied with the driver\'s service, you can express your gratitude by yourself^^

• Q. Where is the meeting location?
  A.

  If you request hotel pickup, the meeting location will be the first floor lobby of the hotel. For pickups from other locations, you must provide the exact location to us.

• Q. How are babies transported in vehicles?
  A.

  Babies are also counted as 1 person. Please note that if you require a car seat, an additional fee will be charged.

• Q. Can I add a pick-up or drop-off point?
  A.

  You can add pick-up or drop-off points. But please note that additional locations will require additional fees!

• Q. What areas are included in Northeastern Seoul?
  A.

  Northeastern Seoul includes Jungnang/Nowon/Dobong/Gangbuk areas.

• Q. What areas are included in Southeastern Seoul?
  A.

  Southeast Seoul includes the Gangdong/Gwangjin/Songpa area.

• Q. What areas are included in Seoul City?
  A.

  Seoul city includes Hongdae/Myeongdong/Dongdaemun/Jonggno/Yongdeungpo, etc.

• Q. Are there any restrictions on how many pieces of luggage and what size I can carry?
  A.

  The car type, number of people, and size of luggage will all affect the number of pieces of luggage. The standard luggage size is 28 inches. If it exceeds 28 inches, it will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

• Q. Where will the luggage be placed in a 25-seater car or a 45-seater car?
  A.

  The luggage in the 25-seater car will be placed on the seats/aisles of the car, and in the 45-seater car, it will be placed in the trunk underneath the car.

• Q. Can I designate a driver?
  A.

  There is no way to designate a driver.

• Q. How to obtain driver information?
  A.

  We will provide you with your driver information for the day through SNS 1-2 days before departure. Please make sure to provide correct information. If using LINE/WECHAT, please ensure that friend search/enable to receive information from strangers is enabled.
