Cancellation policy

・ Cancellation less than 3 days before use: 100% refund
・ Cancellation up to 2 days before use: 50% refund
・ Cancellation 1 day before ticket use (before 17:00): 30% refund
・ If canceled on the day of use: no refund!
・ Changes to the date of use can only be made up to 3 days before the date of use of the ticket.
・ According to the refund policy, this will be considered a cancellation and a fee will be charged accordingly.
・ Cancellations after 18:00 on weekdays and weekends/holidays will be considered cancellations on the next normal working day.
・ If it is not used within the usage time, it will be considered as a cancellation on the day.
・ Due to changes in the number of people, partial cancellations or refunds cannot be made (re-purchase after canceling the entire order)
・ Cancellation and refund after partial use, no extension of validity period.
・ If you need to cancel or change the appointment content, please contact the customer service staff during working hours.
