[ Collection notice ]
· Please arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes early. We will not wait for or refund customers who are late or absent after the scheduled meeting time.
· We will contact customers or make any necessary changes through WhatsApp/Line/WeChat or email. Please ensure that your personal information is entered correctly.
· If using Line or WeChat, please enable friend requests and allow messages from strangers, and make sure your ID is correct. We are not responsible for any impacts on the day’s itinerary due to communication issues arising from incorrect or restricted contact information, and no refunds will be provided.

· The tour fare already includes tips for local drivers and tour guides, lunch, tickets listed on the itinerary and Round trip transportation costs.
· The minimum number of people in each group is 8 people. If the guests do not reach the minimum number of people in each group and want to start in a private group, relevant additional fees will be incurred.
· Children aged 3 and above will be charged at the adult price, while children under 36 months old will be exempt from charges. (Under 36 months old children will not be provided with meals, seats in the vehicle, entrance tickets, or other experiences)
[ Travel Information ]
· Rain won't affect plans, but in case of natural disasters preventing departure, date changes or full refunds are available.
· As temperatures at the destination may be low, we recommend that customers wear thick coats, warm shoes, and other winter clothing.
· The availability of ice activities is at the discretion of the event organizers. In case of cancellations due to organizer decisions or weather conditions, we will notify customers as soon as possible, and at the latest, by the day before departure. No additional compensation will be provided.
· Itineraries are flexible based on local conditions. No responsibility or refunds for sudden attraction closures or inspections.
· Travel insurance is not included. The company is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities due to unforeseen events or force majeure. We strongly recommend that customers purchase appropriate insurance in advance.
· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Individual Other Factors)
· Cancellation 10 days prior to departure (inclusive) will result in a 100% refund.
· Cancellation 4~9 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~3 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you wish to cancel a transaction after completing the credit card payment, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
