· When purchasing this product, payment completion only represents acceptance of the reservation, not confirmation of the reservation.
· During weekends and public holidays, reservations cannot be confirmed as the reservation office is closed.
· Once the appointment is confirmed, we will notify you via SMS or email.
· Extra bed charges will be charged separately. If the occupancy limit is exceeded, please inform us in advance to receive a discount on the additional charges.
· Please note that due to the Youth Protection Act, you may not be allowed to enter the restaurant if you are not accompanied by a guardian. Minors (under 19 years old) are allowed to stay with parental consent or accompaniment.
· Late check-out will incur an additional charge.
· For reservations of 2 nights or more, reservations must be made for each night on consecutive dates.
· Product information may be changed immediately according to the supplier's situation, so information other than sales price is for reference only. Please check the RomyZian Garden website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

· Check-in/Check-out location: Cafe Aramis 1
· Check-in time: 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, check-out time: around 11:00 am the next day
· It is prohibited to drink alcohol or bring in outside food and drinks in the guest rooms and gardens (snacks are allowed)
· Smoking and cooking are not allowed in the rooms or gardens
Cancellation policy
· Change and cancellation policy after booking is completed (personal and other factors)
· 100% refund for cancellations made 14 days before departure.
· 50% refund for cancellations made 7 to 13 days before departure (inclusive).
· No refund will be given for cancellations made 1 to 6 days before departure.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· For credit card payments, if you wish to cancel the transaction after payment is completed, a 5% handling fee will be charged.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact customer service during business hours.
· Cancellation or change requests made after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
