[Participant Guidelines]
· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early!
· Departure time may be delayed depending on the traffic conditions of the day.
· The day before departure, the license plate number and contact information of the guide will be sent by SMS or SNS.
· If using LINE/WECHAT, please ensure that friend invitations and messages from strangers are accepted.
[Pricing Details]
· Tour fees cover tips for local driver-guides, as well as accommodation, tickets, partial meal costs and round-trip transportation as stated in the itinerary.
· Minimum group size is 6, with a maximum of 42. Additional charges apply for private tours below the minimum size.
· Solo travelers will incur a single room surcharge per night.
· Children aged 3 and above will be charged at the adult price, while children under 36 months old will be exempt from charges. (Under 36 months old children will not be provided with meals, seats in the vehicle, entrance tickets, or other experiences)
[Room Arrangement]
· Mungyeong The Most Glamping Pension (Room type cannot be specified, subject to arrangement on the day of check-in) The room will be arranged for 2~4 people.
[Travel Information]
· Rain won't affect plans, but in case of natural disasters preventing departure, date changes or full refunds are available.
· Mountain Bike ATV are recommended to ride in the following areas due to safety issues:
1) Pregnant women, people with weak physical or mental health, and those who have been drinking alcohol are not allowed to drive.
2) If there are any signs of physical abnormality before or after the experience, you must notify the manager for confirmation.
3) It is recommended to wear long sleeves, long pants and sports shoes (customers wearing slippers or high heels will not be allowed to drive).
You must follow the instructions of the safety code personnel to complete the training course and drive according to the instructions. (Beginners must complete the following training courses)
4) Do not look back while driving.
5) Do not take medicine or drink alcohol while driving or before driving.
6) Driving at the maximum speed is prohibited. Please drive at a speed appropriate to your visibility and maneuverability.
7) Do not attempt stunts, jumps or other techniques without the guidance of an instructor.
8) Be careful when approaching hills, making turns, going over obstacles, and driving on unfamiliar roads or rough surfaces.
9) It is prohibited to rent to customers who have not completed the training course.
Due to restrictions on the use of ATV mountain off-road motorcycles, adults must be 18 years of age or older to ride alone, and minors under the age of 18 must ride with an adult.
· Itineraries are flexible based on local conditions. No responsibility or refunds for sudden attraction closures or inspections.
· Personal travel insurance is not included. Guests must assess their suitability for outdoor activities. The company isn't liable for accidents due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation policy

· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Individual Other Factors)
· Cancellation 14 days prior to departure (inclusive) will result in a 100% refund.
· Cancellation 7~13 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~6 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you wish to cancel a transaction after completing the credit card payment, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on  the next business day.
