[Meeting Instructions]
· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. If you are late or absent, we will not wait and no refund will be provided.
· We will contact customers or make changes via WhatsApp / Line / WeChat / email, so please ensure your personal information is filled in correctly.
· If using Line / WeChat, please enable friend requests and allow messages from strangers, and ensure your ID is entered correctly. We are not responsible for any disruption or inability to contact you that affects the itinerary, and no refund will be given.
[Payment Information]
· The tour fee includes local driver/guide tips, accommodation, admission fees, selected meals, and round-trip transportation.
· The minimum number of participants per tour is 6. If the minimum is not met and you wish to have a private tour, additional charges will apply.
· For solo travelers, a single room supplement is required per night.
· Child fare: Ages 3–11. Adult fare: Ages 12 and above. Children under 36 months join free of charge but are not entitled to meals, a coach seat, admission tickets, or other tour inclusions.
[Travel Information]
· Normal rainy days do not affect the itinerary. In the event of a natural disaster that prevents the tour from departing, you may change the date for free or receive a full refund.
[Room Arrangement]
SONO Ski Resort (Room type cannot be specified; arrangements will be made by the resort on the day of check-in. Please leave a note if you have special requests.)
A Family Room will be arranged for 2-3 people; A Suite Room will be arranged for 4-5 people
· This tour includes water activities. Children aged 3–11 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
· Itinerary may be adjusted according to local conditions. If a destination is temporarily closed or requires a safety check, the company is not responsible and no refund will be given.
· Travel insurance is not included. The company is not responsible for bodily injury or death caused by force majeure or unpredictable factors. We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate insurance in advance.

· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Individual Other Factors)
· Cancellation 14 days prior to departure (inclusive) will result in a 100% refund.
· Cancellation 7~13 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~6 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
