・Daytime hours are from 06:01 to 22:00. If you get on the bus after 22:01, you will be charged at nighttime hours
・Night time is 22:01~06:00, please get on the bus at the meeting point on time
・When sending you off at the airport, it is recommended that you arrange a meeting time 3 hours before the flight departure
・Please confirm the license plate and driver information before getting on the bus
・Children over 36 months old also occupy a seat
・The standard luggage size is 24 inches, and suitcases over 28 inches (including 28 inches) are considered 2 pieces of standard luggage
・The waiting time for the driver to pick up the plane is within 1 hour and 30 minutes from the arrival time of the flight on the confirmation letter. If you do not arrive at the designated pick-up location, it will be deemed as giving up the ride, and the driver will leave without notice
・If the pick-up time is delayed due to other factors, please be sure to call another contact number (Whatsapp / LINE / Wechat), and an overtime fee will be charged for extending the waiting time. The overtime fee is KRW₩20,000/hour
・For the convenience of customer service to contact you, please confirm that your mobile phone has opened the international roaming service or the communication software that can be contacted instantly

· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Individual Other Factors)
· Cancellation 10 days prior to departure (inclusive) will result in a 100% refund.
· Cancellation 4~9 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~3 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· Cancellations or changes due to delays, cancellations, etc. are subject to discretion. Please contact customer service as soon as possible and provide proof of flight changes.
· If you wish to cancel a transaction after completing the credit card payment, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
