· Tours operate in normal rainy conditions. In case of natural disasters preventing departure, guests may change the date free of charge or receive a full refund.

· Itinerary may be adjusted due to local conditions. If attractions are temporarily closed or restricted for safety reasons, the company is not responsible for refunds or compensation.

· Zipline Restrictions
· Not permitted for guests under 30 kg or over 100 kg, pregnant women, those with weak physical condition, heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders, fear of heights, or those under the influence of alcohol.
· Long hair must be tied back. Closed-toe shoes are required (no sandals or high heels). Pants covering the knees are required (no skirts).

· ATV Safety Guidelines
· Pregnant women, intoxicated guests, or those with weak physical condition cannot participate.
· Inform staff immediately if you feel unwell before or after the activity.
· Long sleeves, long pants, and sneakers are recommended (slippers or high heels not allowed).
· Follow all safety instructions and complete training before riding.
· Do not turn your head while driving.
· No alcohol or medication before or during the activity.
· Do not drive at maximum speed.
· Do not attempt stunts or jumps without instructor guidance.
· Exercise caution on slopes, curves, obstacles, and unfamiliar roads.
· Rental is not allowed for guests who have not completed training.
· Participants must be at least 15 years old to ride alone; those under 15 must ride with an adult.

· Travel insurance is not included. Outdoor activities involve certain risks. Guests should assess their own health and ability before participation. The company is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in advance.

· Cancellation 14 days or more before departure: 100% refund
· Cancellation 7–13 days before departure: 50% refund
· Cancellation 1–6 days before departure: No refund
· No changes allowed within 24 hours of departure.
· A 5% transaction fee applies for credit card payment cancellations.
· For cancellations or changes, please contact customer service during business hours.
· Requests made after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
