· If using Line / WeChat, please enable friend requests and allow messages from strangers, and ensure your ID is entered correctly. We are not responsible for any disruption or inability to contact you that affects the itinerary, and no refund will be given.

[Payment Information]
· The tour fee includes local driver/guide tips, accommodation, entrance fees, some meals, and round-trip transportation.
· The minimum number of participants per tour is 6. If the minimum is not met and you wish to have a private tour, additional charges will apply.
· For solo travelers, a single room supplement is required per night.
· Children aged 3 years and older are charged at the adult rate. Children under 36 months are free (free children will not be provided with beds, meals, vehicle seats, or admission tickets).

[Travel Information]
· Normal rainy days do not affect the itinerary. In the event of a natural disaster that prevents the tour from departing, you may change the date for free or receive a full refund.
· Itinerary may be adjusted according to local conditions. If a destination is temporarily closed or requires a safety check, the company is not responsible and no refund will be given.
· Travel insurance is not included. The company is not responsible for bodily injury or death caused by force majeure or unpredictable factors. We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate insurance in advance.

[Room Arrangement]
SONO Ski Resort (Building/room type cannot be specified; arrangements will be made by the resort on the day of check-in. Please leave a note if you have special requests.)
For 2–3 people, a Family Room will be arranged (1 bedroom + 1 bathroom)

Ocean World
· Towel rental fee: KRW 1,500 per towel
· Swimwear policy: Proper swimwear is required (swimsuit, beachwear, rash guard). A hat must also be worn (hooded top or baseball cap).
※ For safety reasons, water shoes are mandatory at all times (from 19 Aug 2024 onward).
(Water shoes are footwear specifically designed for water activities. Regular outdoor shoes such as sneakers, sandals, slippers, flip-flops, etc. are not allowed. If you do not wear water shoes, access to attractions and pools may be restricted.)
※ The water park operates normally even on rainy days. However, certain facilities may be restricted due to weather conditions such as lightning.
※ According to the Public Health Management Act, males and females aged 4 and above are not permitted to enter saunas, shower rooms, or changing rooms together. Depending on the situation, entry may be restricted regardless of age. (If a birth certificate is not provided, males and females may not enter together even if under 4 years old.)
※ Children and elderly guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
※ We are not responsible for loss or theft of valuables that are not stored in the designated valuables lockers.
※ Please do not lose your locker key. An additional fee will be charged if the locker key is lost.
※ Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited in locker rooms and shower areas.
