[ Collection notice ]
· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. If the meeting time has passed, we will not wait or refund for late or absent customers.
· We will contact you via Whatsapp/Line/Wechat or email to make any changes, please make sure your personal information is correct.
· If you use Line/WeChat, please be sure to open friend invitations and receive messages from strangers, and make sure the ID is filled in correctly. If you are unable to contact smoothly due to the above situations and your itinerary is affected, we will not be responsible or refund.
[ Fees Notice ]
· The tour fee includes tips for local drivers and guides, accommodation, tickets, some meals and round-trip transportation costs.
· The minimum number of people per group is 6. If you do not meet the minimum number of people per group and wish to depart as a private group, additional fees will be incurred.
· When registering alone, you will need to pay a single room surcharge per night.
· Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price, while children under 36 months old are free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with accommodation, meals, seats in the car, admission tickets, etc.)
[ Travel Information ]
· Generally, the itinerary will not be affected by rainy days. If you are unable to depart due to natural disasters, you can change the departure date free of charge or get a full refund.
· Room arrangement: Bella Stay Chuncheon - Superior Twin (2-3 people per room)
· The itinerary will be adjusted according to local conditions. If there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the scenic spot, the company will not be responsible or refund.
· Travel insurance is not included. The company does not assume any responsibility for any bodily harm or death caused by accidents or unpredictable factors due to force majeure. We strongly recommend that customers purchase appropriate insurance in advance.
· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Individual Other Factors)
· Cancellation 14 days prior to departure (inclusive) will result in a 100% refund.
· Cancellation 7~13 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~6 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you wish to cancel a transaction after completing the credit card payment, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
