All participants must agree to the health check and event safety declaration.

If you experience dizziness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or any unusual symptoms during the run, please stop immediately and seek assistance from nearby staff or the medical team.

Event Operations, Dress Code & Safety Management

·This event takes place on actual roads and outdoor areas, and traffic control will be implemented on certain sections.

·At major intersections, turnaround points, and refreshment stations, please follow the instructions of the safety staff.

·For safety reasons, the following actions may be restricted:

·Leaving the designated course

·Crossing roads arbitrarily

·Entering vehicle or pedestrian traffic areas or engaging in other dangerous behavior

·Due to the nature of outdoor events, the schedule, route, or program may be adjusted, shortened, or suspended without prior notice in case of rain, strong winds, high temperatures, lightning, or other safety concerns.

·These measures are implemented to ensure the safety of all participants, and we appreciate your understanding.

·If the event is changed or canceled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, refunds may not be available.

·For safety purposes, please cooperate with the instructions of on-site staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

·To maintain a pleasant event environment, please avoid smoking, littering, or entering private property without permission, as such actions may affect others.

Changes & Cancellation Policy (Personal Reasons)

·Cancellations made 8 days or more before the departure date (inclusive): 100% refund.

·Cancellations made 1–7 days before the departure date (inclusive): No refund.
