Arrival
Please arrive early to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket. Late arrivals may have difficulty finding the entrance or collecting tickets. Entry opens 30 minutes before the show starts.
Language
This is a non-verbal performance. Most of the show requires no language understanding. Any explanations or audience interactions may be in Korean or limited English.
Venue Rules
· No photography, video recording, or flash use unless permitted.
· Entry is not allowed after the show starts, except during designated times.
· No food or drink allowed inside the venue (water is permitted).
· Safety & Hygiene
· Follow any health screening or security procedures at the venue.
· Keep personal belongings safe in crowded areas.
· Be advised: flashing lights and visual effects may affect sensitive individuals.

· All tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
· We act solely as a ticket booking agent and are not responsible for the venue’s facilities or services.
· The show is open to all ages. Children under 36 months must be accompanied by a guardian and will not be assigned a separate seat.
·Please bring a valid ID to verify age (e.g., health insurance card, passport, etc.).
· In the event of force majeure (such as performance delays, cancellations, severe weather, or other uncontrollable situations),
we will follow the final decision of the ticket issuer or venue operator. No compensation will be provided for missed entry due to such reasons.

· All tickets are non-refundable.
· Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
· We act solely as a booking agent and are not responsible for the venue’s facilities or service quality.
