    ・After booking, please provide the passenger's name/gender/date of birth/weight
    ・Experience time: about 2 to 3 hours
    ・Flight time: about 30 minutes to 1 hour

Precautions

・The minimum number of participants is 2.
· This ticket is for one person.
・The hot air balloon ride may be cancelled if the weather is bad on the day of the experience.
・If the hot air balloon cannot take off due to bad weather, you can apply for a refund of the booking fee or change the flight time.
・Please wear warm clothes as it is an early morning flight.
・Sandals and high heels are not allowed. Sneakers are recommended
・Each passenger must bring their own drinking water
・Pregnant women, the elderly, and children under 10 years old are not allowed to ride without a guardian.
・After arriving at the site, please read and fill out the "Hot Air Balloon Experience Consent Form".
・Tripods, selfie sticks longer than 30cm, large bags, etc. cannot be attached.
・Please follow the operating rules to ensure safe travel.
・The pictures and information listed are provided by the supplier and are for reference only.
・You must present a confirmation letter/QR (printed version) before entering the venue. If you do not bring a paper confirmation letter, you will not be able to enter the venue and the company will not be responsible.
・It is recommended that guests arrive 10 to 15 minutes in advance. If guests fail to arrive on time due to personal reasons, the company will not refund the money.
・Our travel agency is only responsible for booking tickets. If customers are not satisfied with the venue facilities and services after arrival, our travel agency will not be responsible.

Cancellation policy

· Change and cancellation policy after booking is completed (personal and other factors)
· If the ticket is cancelled 6 days or more before use: 100% refund.
· Cancellation 5 days before ticket usage: 50% refund.
· Cancellation 4 days before ticket usage: 30% refund.
· If you cancel your ticket 3 days before use: No refund will be given.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact customer service during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests made after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
