・ Cancellation made 2 days before ticket usage: 70% refund.

· Cancelling a reservation on the day of use: No refund! (Reservation changes also follow the cancellation policy)
· The date of use can only be changed 3 days before the date of use. After that, it cannot be changed, so it will be considered a cancellation and charged according to the cancellation and refund policy.
