Cancellation policy
• Tour departs on both rainy and snowy days. Reschedule of departure day or refund will be arranged due to inclement weather.
• 100% Refund will be arranged due to insufficient participant number or emergency
• No refund will be arranged due to unsatisfactory traffic condition.
• 100% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 14 days before departure.
•50% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 7 days before departure.
• No refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 1-6 days before departure.
