・ Please submit printed voucher at SNOWYLAND ticket office for ticket redeeming and present your passports
   for identification. Customers who could not provide a printed paper voucher are restricted to enter. 
・ Pictures are for reference only. There may be some changes when visit.
・ Customers should arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the reserved time.  If customers fail to enter due to any punctual issue,
   tickets could not be refund. 
・ TK Travel is only responsible for ticket reservation, it is not TK travel's responsible for any unsatisfied with the facilities
   or services upon arrival.

1. Once the reservation is confirmed, tickets are not able to refund or cancel.
2. After the reservation is confirmed, 
・ if you wish to change reservation date or time, please contact TK Travel at least 5 working day before the using day.
・ each ticket allow to have a free reservation date or time changing ONCE only. If you wish to change the second time,
   you need to make a new reservation.
