■ Ski lift & equipment rental consists of daytime ticket + nighttime ticket + daytime ticket.
Skiing is possible at any time of opening hours during 2 days 1 night,
You are responsible for the loss of your lift pass, please keep it safe.
■ This product only includes ski lift pass + equipment rental, other protective gear and ski wears
are subject to additional charges.
Precautions
・This product is not a one-day tour , and there is no tour guide.
・This product must be purchased by at least 2 people at the same time.
・TK Travel will not be responsible for refunds if the life or cable car is
repaired or closed due to weather conditions on the day of departure.
・Reservation time can be changed up to 3 days before departure. No
changes or refunds will be made after the time has elapsed.
・When entering the ski area, you must wear ski suits and equipment,
and those without equipment must wait outside the venue.
・All itineraries of TK Travel do not include personal travel insurance.
There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Customers
must purchase personal travel insurance in advance. TK Travel will not
be responsible for any physical damage or casualty caused by accidents
or unpredictable factors.
・This product is not recommended for pregnant women or those with
high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy or
other conditions that are not suitable for participating in stimulating activities.
Cancellation policy
■ Passenger cancels booking for any personal reasons
・Cancellation up to 10 days before departure : 100% refund.
・Cancellation from 7 days till 9 days before departure : 70% refund.
・Cancellation from 3 days till 6 days before departure : 50% refund.
・Cancellations made in less than 3 days before departure : NO refund.
■ The usage date can be changed free of charge 3 days before departure.
Changes within 3 days from the date of use will be considered
cancellations and refunds will be processed in accordance with the
cancellation policy above.
■ Passenger changes booking for any personal reasons
・If you want to change the tour date after booking confirmed,
a handling fee of KRW15,000 ~ 30,000 will be charged.
・No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
■ When it is necessary to cancel or modify the content of the order due
to the Covid-19 epidemic, it will not be affected by the above rules,
and the order can be fully refunded or modified after deducting the
handling fee.
■ If you need to cancel or change the reservation content, please contact
the customer service staff during business hours.
