[Meeting Guidelines]
· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early
· Departure time may be delayed depending on the traffic conditions of the day.
· The day before departure, the license plate number and contact information of the guide will be sent by SMS or SNS.
· If using LINE/WECHAT, please ensure that friend invitations and messages from strangers are accepted.
[Pricing Details]
· Tour fees cover tips for local driver-guides, as well as tickets, hotel breakfast, and round-trip transportation as stated in the itinerary.
· Minimum group size is 4, with a maximum of 42. Additional charges apply for private tours below the minimum size.
· Solo travelers will incur a single room surcharge per night.
· For single registrations, an extra charge for a single room will be added per night.
· The minimum size for SKI equipment is a foot length of 17 cm, and for SNOWBOARD equipment, the minimum size is a foot length of 21 cm. For children under 3 years old wishing to ski, please inquire with the guide on-site to see if the smallest size equipment fits. If suitable, you can pay on-site.
· All children over 2 years old need to pay. The price is the same for all sizes. Children under 24 months are free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with meals, car seats, admission tickets, etc.)

[Travel Information]
· Rain won't affect plans, but in case of natural disasters preventing departure, date changes or full refunds are available.
· Room Arrangement :
SONO Ski Resort (Building and room type cannot be specified; arrangements will be made by the resort on the day of check-in. If you have any special requests, please note them when booking).
Groups of 2-3 will be accommodated in a Family Room, while groups of 4-5 will be accommodated in a Suite Room.
Building A - 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 2 bathrooms
Building B - 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 2 bathrooms
Building C - 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 1 bathroom
· Entering the ski resort requires wearing ski clothing and equipment. Free children and non-skiers without clothing and equipment will have to wait outside the ski area.
· Itineraries are flexible based on local conditions. No responsibility or refunds for sudden attraction closures or inspections.
· Personal travel insurance is not included. Guests must assess their suitability for outdoor activities. The company isn't liable for accidents due to unforeseen circumstances.

· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Individual Other Factors)
· Cancellation 14 days prior to departure (inclusive) will result in a 100% refund.
· Cancellation 7~13 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~6 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you wish to cancel a transaction after completing the credit card payment, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
