Precautions
・Tour fee incluedes guide tips and admission tickets listed on the ltinerary.
・Tour also departs on rainy or snowy days. Reschedule of departure date or refund will be arranged due to really
inclement weather.
・Supplement applies for private tour when not reach the minimum number of attendance(4 people) .
・Scheduled itinerary could be adjusted due to on-day situation .
・Infant (under 36-month old) is free of charge, no seat available.
・Travel insurance is not included. TK Travel is not responsible for any injury, damage or loss which caused
by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control. We strongly recommend customers to have
adequat insurance in advance.
・TK Travel will contact customers via whatsapp/Line/wechat or email for any changes.
・TK Travel will not be responsible and refund for any weather problem or not ideal condition of the flower viewing.
・Customers are responsible to arrive meeting location on time. No waiting, courtesy arrangement or refund
will be arranged for customer who is late or absence.
Cancellation policy
Change and cancellation policy after booking is completed (other personal factors)
- If you cancel your reservation 10 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, you will get a 100% refund.
- If you cancel the reservation 4 to 9 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, 50% refund will be given.
- If you cancel your reservation 1 to 3 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, no refund will be given.
- No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
- If you need to cancel or change the reservation content, please contact customer service staff during business hours.
- Cancellation or change requests made after 18:00 on weekdays or on weekends/public holidays will be processed in sequence on the next working day.
