■The company will not be responsible for refunds if the scenic spot is closed due to weather conditions on the day of departure.
■If the content of the itinerary and the meeting time are changed, the company will notify the guests separately by means of communication software or e-mail.
All the itineraries of our company do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Guests must evaluate their own health or ability. The company will not be responsible for any physical damage or casualty caused by accidents or unpredictable factors. any liability.
■This product is not recommended for pregnant women or those with high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy or other conditions that are not suitable for stimulating activities.
■Guests are responsible for arriving at the meeting place on time. No waiting for the meeting time. All late guests will be considered absent, and no refund will be given to absent guests.
Cancellation policy
■Change policy after booking (personal other factors)
・If you cancel your reservation more than 20 days before departure: 100% refund
・Departure 10~19 days If you cancel your reservation: 50% refund
・If you cancel your reservation within 10 days of departure: No refunds!
■When cancelling a confirmed reservation for any reason, a cancellation fee of HKD 100 / TWD 400 will be charged for each order.
■ Change policy after booking
・If you need to change the time/date/location after booking, a handling fee of KRW15,000~30,000 will be charged.
・No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
■When it is necessary to cancel or modify the content of the order due to the new crown epidemic, it will not be affected by the above rules, and a full refund or modification of the order will be made after deducting the handling fee.
■If you need to cancel or change the reservation content, please contact the customer service staff during business hours.
