[Meeting Information]
• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
• Departure time may be delayed depending on traffic conditions.
• Please send your vehicle license plate number and tour guide's contact information via SMS or SNS the day before departure.
• If using LINE/WECHAT, please ensure you are allowed to invite friends and receive messages from strangers.
[Pricing Information]
• The tour fee includes local driver and tour guide gratuities, entrance fees listed in the itinerary, and round-trip transportation.
• The minimum group size is 15 people, with a maximum departure size of 42 people. If guests do not meet the minimum group size and wish to travel as a private tour, additional charges will apply.
• Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 36 months are free. (Free children will not be provided with meals, seats on the vehicle, entrance tickets, etc.)
[Travel Notes]
• Rainy days generally do not affect the itinerary. In the event of natural disasters preventing departure, the departure date can be changed free of charge or a full refund can be provided.
• If the Luge ride is cancelled due to temporary closure or other factors, guests are not entitled to a refund or other equivalent compensation.
• Children between 95-120cm tall, 48 months and older, and under 10 years old must ride with an adult.
• Children over 120cm tall and 10 years of age must ride their own vehicle.
• Individuals aged 65 and above are not allowed to ride the Luge, but may ride the cable car.
• The itinerary may be adjusted according to local conditions. The company is not liable or will not provide refunds if attractions are closed due to safety checks.
• All tours do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve inherent risks and dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities to determine if participation is suitable. The company is not liable for any bodily injury or death caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances.

· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Individual Other Factors)
· Cancellation 10 days prior to departure (inclusive) will result in a 100% refund.
· Cancellation 4~9 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~3 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you wish to cancel a transaction after completing the credit card payment, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
