I have booked the 70 min facial treatment, there were clear instructions on how to get to the place so it was hassle free. The lady who greeted me at the door was very nice and explained very clearly on the whole process. I thought it was very attentive of them to tell you right swiftly before they start doing the treatment so that you are not caught by surprise on the spot. They did sell you their other treatments and products on site which is not mentioned but she assured me that it is ok if I didnt purchase extra. Though i opted to pay extra 50 thousand won for a different mask treatment that she recommended. My skin was brightened after the treatment and I could see an obvious skin improvement. The leg, foot and head massages were also very relaxing.
