 · Depending on the road conditions on the day, the departure time may be delayed.
 · Send the license plate number and tour guide contact information via SMS or SNS the day before departure.

· Tour fee includes tips for local drivers and tour guides, tickets and meals listed on the itinerary and round-trip transportation costs.
· The minimum number of people in each group is 8 people, and the number of people in each group is 42 people.  If the guests do not reach the minimum number of people in each group  and want to start in a private group, relevant additional fees will be incurred.

・Customers are responsible to arrive meeting location on  time. No waiting, courtesy arrangement or refund will be arranged for customer who is late or absence.
・The smallest ski booths size for children is 17cm (lenght of  sole); smallest snowboard size for children is 21cm (lenght  of sole). 
・People who's not wearing suitable ski clothing and gear would refused to enter ski world.
・This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or those with high blood pressure, heart disease, phobia, asthma,  epilepsy or other conditions that are not suitable for exciting  avtivities. 
 [ Travel Information ]
· Generally, the itinerary will not be affected in rainy days. In case of natural disasters, the departure date can be changed for free or a full refund can be made.
· The schedule is adjusted according to the local conditions. The company does not need to be responsible or refund if there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the scenic spot.
· All the itineraries of the company do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Guests need to evaluate whether they are suitable for participation according to their own health or ability. If accidents or unpredictable factors cause physical damage due to force majeure or The company does not assume any responsibility for casualties.

• Change and cancellation policy after booking is completed (other personal factors)
• If you cancel your reservation 10 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, you will get a 100% refund.
•  If you cancel the reservation 4 to 9 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, 50% refund will be given.
•  If you cancel your reservation 1 to 3 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, no refund will be given.
• No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
• If you need to cancel or change the reservation content, please contact customer service staff during business hours.
• Cancellation or change requests made after 18:00 on weekdays or on weekends/public holidays will be processed in sequence on the next working day.
