Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation for personal reasons
・Cancellation on the day of check-in: Full room charge will be charged.
・Cancellation 1 day before check-in: 90% of the room rate will be charged.
・Cancellation 2 days before check-in: 80% of the room rate will be charged.
・Cancellation 3 days before check-in: 70% of the room rate will be charged.
・Cancellation 4 days before check-in: 50% of the room rate will be charged.
・Cancellation up to 5 days before check-in: 40% of the room rate will be charged.
・Cancellation up to 6 days before check-in: 30% of the room rate will be charged.
