[ Information on Gathering ]
· Please wait at the meeting place 10 minutes early. If the meeting time is over, we will not wait or refund for customers who are late or absent.
· We will contact or make any changes to the customer via Whatsapp/Line/Wechat or email, please make sure your personal information is filled out correctly.
· If you use Line/Wechat, be sure to open friend invitations and receive strangers' messages, and make sure the ID is filled out correctly. If the above circumstances do not smoothly contact you, you will not be responsible or refunded.
[ Fee Information ]
· The tour fee includes and round-trip transportation for local drivers.
· The basic number of participants per group is 30, and if the basic number of participants per group is not reached, additional charges will be incurred if they wish to depart as private groups.
· Children under 36 months of age are free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with bed, meals, in-car seats, admission tickets, etc.)
[ Travel Information ]
· If the flowers bloom on the day of departure, we will not be responsible and will not refund any compensation.
· The schedule is adjusted according to local conditions, and the company is not responsible or refunded in case of temporary security inspection or closure of the attraction.
· Travel insurance is not included. The Company shall not be liable for any physical damage or casualties caused by accidents or unpredictable factors caused by force majeure. Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase the appropriate insurance in advance.
· Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Individual Other Factors)
· Cancellation 10 days prior to departure (inclusive) will result in a 100% refund.
· Cancellation 4~9 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~3 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you wish to cancel a transaction after completing the credit card payment, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
