  • Q. What is and is not included in the cost of reserving a vehicle?
      A.

      Includes vehicle fees, driving fees, fuel fees, tolls and parking fees. / Excludes driver tips, additional time charges and other personal expenses.
  • Q. Do I need to tip the driver additionally?
      A.

      It is not necessary, but if you are satisfied with the driver\'s service, you can express your gratitude by yourself^^
  • Q. Where is the meeting location?
      A.

      If you request hotel pickup, the meeting location will be the first floor lobby of the hotel. For pickups from other locations, you must provide the exact location to us.
  • Q. How are babies transported in vehicles?
      A.

      Babies are also counted as 1 person. Please note that if you require a car seat, an additional fee will be charged.
  • Q. Can I add a pick-up or drop-off point?
      A.

      You can add pick-up or drop-off points. But please note that additional locations will require additional fees!

Precautions

We, TKTRAVEL, are always striving to provide quality vehicle service in an attitude of continued effort and development.
Please take note of the following precautions. Please refer to it. I hope it will help you with your reservation.

  • 1 TK Travel vehicle products basically include fuel costs and toll fees.
    (Except for products listed as excluding fuel and toll fees, all other vehicles are included.)
  • 2 For all vehicles, rental times vary depending on destination, so please refer to the details before purchasing the product.
  • 3 For daily rental vehicles, it is recommended that you plan your itinerary in advance and enter it accurately. You can flexibly change the schedule on the day, but if you want to add a schedule that does not fit with the reservation product, please note that it may not be available or a large additional fee may be incurred even if it is possible.
  • 4 The maximum number of passengers per 11-seater is 8, 16 for 25-seater, 28-seater is 28, and 45-seater is 42. If there is luggage (carrier, etc.), the number of passengers may be reduced depending on the amount of luggage.
  • 5 When reserving a vehicle, please indicate your luggage and number of passengers. If it is difficult to decide, please contact us through our 1:1 board and we will confirm and guide you. Please be sure to consider the number of passengers and the amount of luggage before making a reservation.
  • 6 All vehicle reservations can be confirmed immediately at the time of reservation. (If delivery is not possible, we will contact you within 24 hours of the reservation time.) However, if you want to reserve a vehicle one or two days, or on the same day, please inquire whether you can reserve or not through the 1:1 board or other social media SNS before booking.
  • 7 When reserving a vehicle, please be sure to check the date, number of passengers, vehicle type, route, meeting time, meeting location, etc. We, TK Travel, do not arbitrarily change or modify our customers’ reservations.
    Therefore, if you make an inaccurate reservation, it may be difficult for us to reserve a vehicle, so please make sure to check when making a reservation to ensure that it is as accurate as possible.
  • 8 If you encounter that the driver asking for additional fees, taking you to a location that is different with itinerary, or the driver\'s service is unfriendly, please contact TK Travel immediately.
