· Tour fee includes tips for local drivers and tour guides, tickets and meals listed on the itinerary and round-trip transportation costs.
· The minimum number of people in each group is 4 people, and the number of people in each group is 42 people. If the guests do not reach the minimum number of people in each group and want to start in a private group, relevant additional fees will be incurred.
· Children over 3 years old will be charged at the adult price, and children under 36 months will be free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with meals, seats in the car, admission tickets, etc.)
· The railway bicycle is a car for 4 people. The tour guide will allocate the car according to the number of people on the day. If you want to use a car for 4 people independently, please add the specified vehicle surcharge when booking. If not specified, it will be arranged according to the number of people on the day.

・When registering for a single person, if you need to stay in a single room, a single room surcharge will be incurred every night.
・Charge standard for groups over 2 days: Children aged 3 to 11 are charged at child price (does not occupy a bed),Children aged 12 or above are charged at the adult price, and children under 36 months are free of charge.

[ Travel Information ]
· Generally, the itinerary will not be affected in rainy days. In case of natural disasters, the departure date can be changed for free or a full refund can be made.
· The schedule is adjusted according to the local conditions. The company does not need to be responsible or refund if there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the scenic spot.
· All the itineraries of the company do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Guests need to evaluate whether they are suitable for participation according to their own health or ability. If accidents or unpredictable factors cause physical damage due to force majeure or The company does not assume any responsibility for casualties.

■ Cancellation policy after booking (other personal factors)
· Cancellation 15 days (inclusive) before departure: 50% of the tour fee will be charged.
· Cancellation within 15 days before departure: No refund.
■ When canceling a tour reservation for 2 days or more for any reason, a handling fee of USD$51 per order will be charged.
■ If you need to change the time/date/location after booking, a handling fee of USD$12~24 is required.
■ No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure
■ If you need to cancel or change the appointment content, please contact the customer service staff during working hours.
■ When canceling or changing an application after 18:00 on weekdays or on weekends/public holidays, It will be processed sequentially on the next working day.
