・ All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
・ Any reasonable reasons beyond their control, such as delay in performance or cancellation of shops, inclement weather 
   or similar disasters, which may result in guests not being able to enter, will be determined by the ticket company.
・ The pictures and information are provided by the supplier for reference only.
・ Acknowledgement letter/QR (printed version) is required before admission. We will not be responsible if no paper confirmation letter is provided.
・ It is recommended that guests arrive 10 to 15 minutes in advance. We will not refund you if you do not arrive on time due to personal reasons.Our travel agency is only responsible for booking tickets. If customers are dissatisfied with the 
  facilities and services after arrival, our travel agency will not be responsible.

・ After confirming the completion of the reservation, the subscription is non-cancellable, non-refundable.
・ Passenger changes booking for any personal reasons.
・ The date of use can be changed free of charge up to 5 days before. 
  (Special tickets are subject to the requirements of the organizer)
・  Each ticket can only be changed once free of charge. Any further change will be considered as a new reservation.Changes 
  are calculated on the basis of rebooking after cancellation. The fee will also be based on the updated dates.
・ The changes are subject to the current ticket situation, if no ticket is specified or cannot be changed during the changed period.
・  If you need to cancel or change the reservation content, please contact the customer service staff during business hours.
