· Generally, the itinerary will not be affected on rainy days. In case of natural disasters, the departure date can be changed for free or a full refund can be made.
· The schedule is adjusted according to the local conditions. The company does not need to be responsible or refund if there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the scenic spot.
Baby seats are not provided on the bus.
· Travel insurance is not included. The company shall not be liable for any physical damage or casualties caused by accidents or unpredictable factors due to force majeure. We strongly recommend customers to purchase corresponding insurance in advance.
· If there is an urgent matter, the customer will be contacted by Whatsapp/Line/Wechat or email or make any changes.
