· Rainy weather leaves as usual, unless it rains heavily.In case of inclement weather, a change of date or full refund will be arranged.
· There is no refund if the trip cannot be completed due to traffic conditions on the departure day. 
· You can ask us for a quotation separately for a charter car of more than one day.
· Please advise in advance if you have a wheelchair, walker, stroller or luggage.

Cancellation policy

· Cancellation policy after booking (other personal factors)
· Cancellation 10~7 days (inclusive) before departure: 50% will be charged.
· Cancellation within 6 days before departure: No refund.
· If you need to change the time/date/location after booking, a handling fee of USD$8 will be charged.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you need to cancel or change the appointment content,please contact the customer service staff during working hours.
· After 18:00 on weekdays and weekends/holidays, cancellation or change requests will be processed sequentially on the next working day.
