· All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
· TK TRAVEL is not responsible for any issues, losses, or damages resulting from the transfer of tickets.
· This admission ticket is for foreign nationals only. The ticket holder must present their passport in person to collect the ticket.
· This is a random ticket. Tickets will be distributed on the day of the concert after identity verification.
· If a ticket is found to have been obtained through fraudulent or improper means, the reservation will be immediately cancelled.
· If there are insufficient passengers on the bus, the tour will be cancelled and tickets will be collected on-site instead.
· Ticket holders are responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets. Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, and entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.
· Entry may be denied after the designated admission deadline, and standing area assignments may be subject to change.
· Items that may pose a safety risk to others are prohibited, including but not limited to: glass bottles, cans, glass items, sharp objects, fireworks, lighters, tools, knives, large suitcases, hard or bulky items with sharp edges, and unsealed paper bags containing a large number of items.
· Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue and during the performance. Anyone found taking photos or videos will be required to delete the files immediately and leave the venue.
· Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrival may result in denied entry, and TK TRAVEL will not be responsible for any resulting loss of admission.
· Reservations made through unauthorized methods or by non-foreign nationals will be cancelled without notice and will not be eligible for any refund.
· If you need to update or correct the guest information, please contact customer service at least two weeks before the performance date.
