[ Meeting Information ]
· Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure.
· Departure time may be delayed depending on traffic conditions on the day.
· Vehicle plate number and the tour guide's contact information will be sent via SMS or SNS one day before departure.
· If you use LINE or WeChat, please make sure that friend requests and messages from non-contacts are enabled.

[ Pricing Information ]
· The tour price includes the local driver and guide's gratuities, admission fees listed in the itinerary, and round-trip transportation.
· Children aged 3 and above are charged at the adult rate. Children under 36 months of age can join free of charge. (Free-of-charge children will not be provided with meals, seats on the vehicle, admission tickets, or other experiences.)

[ Travel Information ]
· The K-Pop Experience Class lasts approximately 90 minutes. The actual start time may vary depending on the day's schedule and on-site conditions.
· This experience requires a minimum of 50 participants and can accommodate up to 80 participants. The organizer reserves the right to adjust or cancel the program if the minimum number of participants is not met.
· The class is led by professional dance instructors and is suitable for participants with no prior dance experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes suitable for physical activity.
· The program includes dance lessons, group practice sessions, and performance video filming. The songs and choreography will be arranged by the organizer.
· Photos and videos may be taken during the activity. By participating, guests agree that the organizer may use the images and recordings for documentation and promotional purposes.
· For safety reasons, guests with heart conditions, respiratory illnesses, or any medical conditions that may make strenuous physical activity unsuitable should carefully assess their health condition before registering.
· The order of visits to Incheon cultural attractions (Course A/B) may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or on-site circumstances.

 · Change and Cancellation Policy after Booking Completion (Individual Other Factors)
· Cancellation 10 days prior to departure (inclusive) will result in a 100% refund.
· Cancellation 4~9 days before departure (inclusive) will result in a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 1~3 days prior to departure date are non-refoundable.
· No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
· If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service staff during working hours.
· Cancellation or change requests after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays will be processed sequentially on the next business day.
