The tour is about 15 persons or more. There are 1 camera Girl, 1 tour guide and 1 helper. I would said they are quite friendly, but some arrangements need to be improved. We are supposedly to queue up for collecting our shoes and ski poles. But due to our entry tickets are not ready, therefore we requeue it and there has taken around 1 hour. I find overall issue is short of time for us to practice it. For photo taking services, i understand it is an value added service, but still need to be improved the quality of photo shooting service.
