[ Meeting notice]

· Please arrive at the meeting point early on the event day. Late arrivals or no-shows after the scheduled meeting time will not be waited for or refunded.
· We will contact you via WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, or email regarding important updates. Please ensure that your contact information is correct.
· If you use LINE or WeChat, please enable friend requests and messages from non-contacts, and make sure your ID is entered correctly. We are not responsible for any missed communication or itinerary disruptions due to incorrect settings or information, and no refunds will be provided.

[ Booking notice ]

· Korean nationals are not eligible to book this package.
· After your booking is confirmed, simply present your original passport at the hotel reception on the check-in date.
· Participants are not permitted to use assistive devices, including wheelchairs, roller skates, or similar equipment during the race.
· Participants may not run with infants or strollers.
· Active professional athletes in athletics (running events), triathlon, or modern pentathlon may participate but are not eligible for prizes.
· Former athletes who deregistered within the past two years or who have represented their province or city at the National Sports Festival are also not eligible for prizes.
· If a prize winner is found to be ineligible, their award will be revoked, and all prizes must be returned.

[ Travel Information ]

· Pregnant women and travelers with heart disease, high blood pressure, or other chronic medical conditions should carefully assess their physical condition before joining strenuous activities.
· All marathon-related information is subject to the official announcements of the event organizer. Any changes will be notified accordingly.
· The itinerary may be adjusted according to local conditions. If attractions are temporarily closed or restricted due to safety inspections or unforeseen circumstances, we are not responsible for any compensation or refunds.
· Travel insurance is not included. We are not liable for any injury, illness, accident, or loss caused by force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance before your trip.

· Cancellations are not permitted once the marathon registration has been completed.
· If the event must be cancelled due to force majeure (such as natural disasters), please provide supporting documentation and contact TK Travel Customer Service to verify your cancellation eligibility and refund arrangements.
