[Meeting Guidelines]
· Please arrive at the venue 10 minutes early. We will not refund to customers who are late or absent.
· We will contact customers or make any changes via WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, or email, so please ensure that your personal information is filled out correctly.
· If you are using Line/Wechat, please make sure to open friend invitations and receive messages from strangers, and ensure that your ID is correct. We will not be responsible for any disruptions to your daily itinerary due to the aforementioned issues.

[Fee notice]
· The tour fare already includes tips for local drivers and tour guides, hotel, ticket, some meals and Round trip transportation costs.
· The minimum number of people in each group is 6 people. If the guests do not reach the minimum number of people in each group and want to start in a private group, relevant additional fees will be incurred.
· When registering for a single person, you need to pay a single room surcharge per night.
· Over 3 years old and under 12 years old are charged as children, over 12 years old are charged as adults, and under 36 months are free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with meals, car seats, admission tickets, etc.)

· Room arrangement : Gangneung Ojuk Hanok Village
 (Room type cannot be specified and will be based on the availability at Ojuk Hanok Village on the day of check-in)
 For 6 people : 1 General Numaru Room + 1 General Room
 For 5 people : 2 General Rooms (When including 1 child)
 For 4 people : 1 General Numaru Room or 2 General Rooms
 For 3 people : 1 General Room (When including 1 child)
· Pregnant women and travelers with chronic conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, or others, please assess your condition and do not participate in stimulating activities.
· Marathon-related information is subject to the announcement by the organization, and any changes will be notified separately.
· The schedule is adjusted based on local conditions, and the company is not responsible or entitled to a refund if the attraction undergoes a temporary security check or is closed.
· Does not include travel insurance. If an accident or unforeseen circumstances result in bodily harm or casualties due to force majeure, the company does not bear any responsibility. We strongly recommend that customers purchase the appropriate insurance in advance.

· Change and Cancellation Policy (Due to Personal Reasons)
· Cancellation 14 days or more before departure: 100% refund.
· Cancellation 7–13 days before departure: 50% refund.
· Cancellation 1–6 days before departure: No refund.
· Within 24 hours of departure: No changes can be made.
· To cancel or modify a booking: Please contact customer service during business hours.
· Requests submitted after 6:00 PM on weekdays or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day in order.
