· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
· Departure time may be delayed depending on traffic conditions on the day.
· Use SMS or SNS to send the license plate number and tour guide’s contact information the day before departure.
[Charge Notice]
· The tour fee already includes tips for local drivers and tour guides, as well as tickets, meals and round-trip transportation costs listed on the itinerary.
· The basic number of people per group is 8, and the number of people per group is 42. If the guests do not reach the basic number of people per group and wish to depart as a private group, relevant additional fees will be incurred.
· Children over 3 years old are charged the adult price, and children under 36 months are free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with meals, car seats, admission tickets, etc.)
[Travel Information]
· Generally, the itinerary will not be affected on rainy days. If you are unable to depart due to a natural disaster, you can change the departure date for free or receive a full refund.
· Seasonal fruits and wild ginseng will have the best on the date of departure due to weather effects. Picking time, if the results of the day are not ideal, or the fruit is not good,
if factors such as size or weetness have not reached the ideal status of the guests, the company is not responsible.There will be no refund compensation.
· The schedule is adjusted according to local conditions. If there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the attraction, the company does not need to bear responsibility or refund.
· All itineraries of our company do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Guests need to evaluate whether they are suitable to participate based on their own health or ability. If an accident occurs due to force majeure or unpredictable factors cause physical damage or The company does not assume any responsibility for casualties.

- Change and cancellation policy after booking is completed (other personal factors)
- If you cancel your reservation 10 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, you will get a 100% refund.
- If you cancel the reservation 4 to 9 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, 50% refund will be given.
- If you cancel your reservation 1 to 3 days (inclusive) before the trip departure, no refund will be given.
- No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure.
- If you need to cancel or change the reservation content, please contact customer service staff during business hours.
- Cancellation or change requests made after 18:00 on weekdays or on weekends/public holidays will be processed in sequence on the next working day.
