payment fail status but my credit card is charged

Dear Sir, purchase vivaldi snowyland ticket on 29 dec but did not get the confirmation and any voucher. The site indicate payment failed and did not receive any voucher. However today I checked my credit card and it is deduct from my account. Appreciate if you can provide refund. I did chat with your staff who gave me the link and she said payment fail. I will provide full bank statement if you required. Thank you for your assistance
