[ Travel Information ]
· Participants under the age of 19 must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian.
· The K-Pop experience class lasts approximately 90 minutes. The actual start time is subject to the day's schedule and on-site conditions.
· A minimum of 50 participants and a maximum of 80 participants are required for this experience. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the program.
· The class is led by professional dance instructors. No prior dance experience is required. Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing and indoor athletic shoes suitable for physical activity.
· The program includes dance instruction, group practice, and performance video filming. The song selection and choreography will be determined by the organizer.
· Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By participating, you consent to the organizer using such images and recordings for documentation and promotional purposes.
· For your safety, if you have any heart conditions, respiratory illnesses, or other medical conditions that may make vigorous physical activity unsuitable, please assess your physical condition carefully before registering.
· Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organizer will not be liable for any loss or damage.
· To ensure everyone's safety, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff at all times.
· Drinks are permitted; however, food is not allowed inside the venue.
· As parking is limited, participants are strongly encouraged to use public transportation whenever possible.
